Version in force as of	1. This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. 2. Article 2, points (1) and (2), shall apply from 14 November 2024. Article 2, point (3), shall apply from 13 May 2024. 3. Article 2 shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
