| Version in force as of | This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. However, the Lead Overseer shall apply the sub-criterion 1.4 referred to in Article 2, paragraph 5, point (b) as of 16 January 2025. |
Additional information:
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
