Týmto opatrením sa zrušuje opatrenie Národnej banky Slovenska zo 4. augusta 2015 č. 8/2015, ktorým sa ustanovuje spôsob preukazovania splnenia podmienok na udelenie povolenia na vykonávanie poisťovacej činnosti a na udelenie povolenia na vykonávanie zaisťovacej činnosti pre subjekty, na ktoré sa nebude uplatňovať osobitný režim (oznámenie č. 197/2015 Z. z.) v znení opatrenia z 5. septembra 2017 č. 7/2017 (oznámenie č. 222/2017 Z. z.).
