Version in force as of	These guidelines apply on the date of application of the RTS referred to in Article 18a(3) of the UCITS Directive and Article 16(2g) of the AIFMD. By way of derogation from the previous sentence, in respect of a fund existing before the date of application referred to in that sentence, these guidelines apply twelve months from that date.
