Ján Tóth appointed NBS Deputy Governor

At a ceremony in Bratislava today, Mr Ján Tóth was appointed as Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Slovakia by Slovak President Ivan Gašparovič. His five-year term of office commences as of 5 November 2012.

Mr Tóth was elected to the position by the Slovak Parliament on 26 June at the recommendation of the Slovak Government.
