Selection Process & Next Steps:
Our selection committee is looking for high-potential talent capable of contributing to the bank’s core analytical and policy functions. The review process will proceed as follows:

  • Initial Screening: We will evaluate your academic background, technical skills, and motivation letter.
  • Shortlisting: Candidates who best match the programme’s requirements will be contacted for the next stage of the selection process.
  • Notification: You can expect to receive an update regarding the status of your application by late May 2026. We kindly ask that you refrain from inquiring about your application status before this date. Please be assured that we will notify all candidates of their final outcome via email.
