| Version in force as of | Act No 399/2022 took effect on 1 January 2023, with the exception of the following: Article I, points 2, 5, 8, 58, 68, 69, 73, 75, 80, 81, 86, 91, 93 to 96, 103, 104, 106, 110, 111, 117, 120 to 122 and 125 (the last in respect of Sections 123bb to 123bd and 123bi), and Article II, point 9, all of which took effect on 1 May 2023; Article I, points 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 14 to 57, 65, 66, 71, 76 to 79, 82, 83, 90, 98, 102, 112 to 116, 118 and 125 (the last in respect of Section 123bj), Article II, points 2 to 5 and 10, and Article III, all of which take effect on 1 January 2024. Act No 274/2023 took effect on 1 August 2023. |
