| Version in force as of | This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 3 January 2018. However, the second subparagraph of Article 2(5) shall apply 12 months after the date of entry into force of the delegated act adopted by the Commission pursuant to Article 4(9) of Regulation (EU) 2015/2365. |
Additional information:
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
