| Version in force as of | For the year 2014 and 2015 , c ompetent authorities should ensure that institutions report their funding plans with a reference date no later than 30 June 2015, by 30 September 2015, and the plans a re submitted 3 to the EBA by 15 November 2015. For subsequent years, the competent authorities should ensure that institutions report their funding plans in accordance with these guidelines by 31 March with a reference date of 31 December of the previous ye ar , and the plans are submitted to the EBA by 3 0 April of each year |
