Version in force as of | This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 23 March 2023, except for: (a) Articles 8(5), 9(5), 10(6) and 17, which shall apply from 22 June 2022; and (b) Article 16, which shall apply from 4 July 2021. |
Additional information:
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
