Version in force as of	This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 January 2011, with the exception of Article 76 and Article 77(1) and (2), which shall apply as from the date of its entry into force. The Authority shall be established on 1 January 2011.
