Regulations
Decree of the National Bank of Slovakia of 19 February 2008 No 64/2008 Coll. establishing equivalent requirements for issuers with registered office in third countries whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market has been prepared in accordance with Art. 49 (2) of the Stock Exchange Act No 429/2002 Coll. as amended by Act 209/2007 Coll. The aim of this decree was to ensure full implementation of the Commission Directive 2007/14/EC of 8 March 2007 that stipulated detailed rules for the implementation of certain provisions of Directive 2004/109/EC on the harmonisation of transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market, which was executed by means of incorporating articles regulating the equivalent requirements for third countries into the text of the decree.
