NBS warning about the operator of the website www.tk-finance.com
18. 06. 2019 | Information for Public
Národná banka Slovenska (NBS) warns the public that Trade 1993 Holding Ltd, a company which has its registered office at Suite 15, 1st floor, Oliaji Trade Centre, Francis Rachel Street, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles (Tax No 205519), and which operates the website www.tk-finance.com, does not have an authorisation from NBS that would allow it to operate in Slovakia’s financial market and is not subject to supervision by NBS.
Trade 1993 Holding Ltd is an offshore company which operates a peer-to-peer platform and targets unemployed people by promising them a luxurious life.
Národná banka Slovenska continues to warn consumers to carefully consider with which financial services provider they enter into a contractual relationship and to check the entity’s authorisation on the NBS website.
Národná banka Slovenska has previously issued warnings about peer-to-peer lending and about risks related to borrowing, lending and investing funds.
