Statement from the 22nd meeting of the Bank Board of Národná banka Slovenska

The 22nd meeting of the Bank Board of Národná banka Slovenska was held today (3 September 2013) and was chaired by Jozef Makúch, the NBS Governor.

The Bank Board took note of the NBS Monthly Bulletin for August 2013, which will be published on the NBS website.

The Bank Board discussed a document entitled “Analysis of the Convergence of the Slovak Economy”. The analysis assesses the progress of Slovakia in approaching the EU average in the context of developments in other EU countries and candidate countries. The paper will be published on the NBS website.

The Bank Board adopted a Confidentiality Agreement with Vienna Insurance Group.

The Bank Board adopted a Confidentiality Agreement with Wüstenrot Group.

The Bank Board adopted a Coordination Arrangement for the supervision of MetLife EEA Group.
