Statement from the 4th Meeting of the Bank Board of the NBS

The 4th Meeting of the Bank Board of Národná Banka Slovenska was held today (26 January 2010), chaired by Jozef Makúch, Governor.

The Bank Board of the NBS discussed the “Report on Economic Development in December 2009”, which will be published on the website of the NBS.

The Bank Board of the NBS approved the Decree of Národná banka Slovenska on the manner in which the fulfilment of the conditions for granting the licence of an independent financial agent and for granting the licence of a financial adviser must be proved.
The Decree shall become effective on 15 February 2010.

The Bank Board of the NBS approved the Decree of Národná banka Slovenska on the content, structure and the manner of the submission of the statement of the financial intermediation pursuance and the statement of the financial counselling pursuance.
The Decree shall become effective on 15 February 2010.
