Notice from meeting of the Resolution Council on 18 April 2018

Pursuant to Decision of the Single Resolution Board of 12 April 2018 the Resolution Council has decided at its meeting held on 18 April 2018 regarding annual contribution of each institution to the resolution fund. Annual contribution is due by May 31st, 2018. Decisions have been sent to institutions on April 25th, 2018.

Institutions can pay part of annual contributions by an irrevocable payment commitment (IPC).

Pursuant to Decision of the Single Resolution Board of 11 April 2017 the Resolution Council has decided at its meeting held on 19 April 2017 regarding annual contribution of each institution to the resolution fund. Annual contribution is due by May 31st, 2017. Decisions have been sent to institutions on April 26th, 2017.

Institutions can pay part of annual contributions by an irrevocable payment commitment (IPC).

Notice from meeting of the Resolution Council on 27 April 2016

Pursuant to Decision of the Single Resolution Board of 15 April 2016 the Resolution Council has decided at its meeting held on 27 April 2016 regarding annual contribution of each institution to the resolution fund. Annual contribution is due by June 1st, 2016.

Institutions can pay part of annual contributions by an irrevocable payment commitment (IPC).

Notice from meeting of the Resolution Council on 10 February 2015

The Resolution Council made a decision in its meeting on 10 February 2015 that the annual contribution of each institution to the national resolution fund for 2015 will be due by 31 December 2015. The Council made its decision based on Article 90(1) of the Act on resolution in the financial market (further the “Act”).

Pursuant to Article 89(3) of Act No 371/2014 Coll. on resolution in the financial market and on amendments to certain laws, as amended, the Council may stipulate that the annual contribution of a given institution is to be paid in part as an irrevocable payment commitment, such that is fully backed by collateral of highly-liquid and low-risks assets which are unencumbered by any third-party rights and which may be used for resolution purposes. At its meeting of 21 May 2015, the Council decided that annual contribution to the national resolution fund may not be paid in part by an irrevocable payment commitment.
