Statement from the 18th Meeting of the Bank Board of Narodna banka Slovenska

The 18th Meeting of the Bank Board of Narodna banka Slovenska (NBS) was held today (27 April 2010) chaired by Jozef Makúch, Governor.

The Bank Board of the NBS discussed the Report on Economic Development in March 2010, which will be published on the NBS website.

The Bank Board of the NBS discussed the Report on the activity and management of the Standing Court of Arbitration in 2009 of the Slovak Banking Association in 2009 and based on the proposal of the founder of the Standing Court of Arbitration of the Slovak Banking Association pursuant to Article 91 (2)of the Act No 492/2009 Coll. on payment services and on amendments to certain acts, the Bank Board has decided that a contribution to the activity of the Standing Court of Arbitration of the Slovak Banking Association shall not be provided in 2010 taking into consideration a sufficient amount of resources from the previous periods.
