Statement from the 19th meeting of the Bank Board of Národná banka Slovenska

The Bank Board of Národná banka Slovenska today (3 November 2015) held its 19th meeting of 2015, chaired by Jozef Makúch, the NBS Governor.

The Bank Board took note of the NBS Monthly Bulletin for October 2015, which will be published on the NBS website

The Bank Board discussed a document entitled “Results of the second wave of the Household Finance and Consumption Survey“. The document presents the principal results from the second wave of a survey of Slovak households conducted as part of the Eurosystem Household Finance and Consumption Survey, and compares these results with those from the first wave. The full text will be published on NBS’s website.

The Bank Board, acting in accordance with Article 6(2)(d) of Act No 566/1992 on Národná banka Slovenska, as amended, approved a Decision of Národná banka Slovenska on the setting of annual contributions and special contributions payable in 2016 by financial market participants subject to supervision. The Decree will be published in the Journal of Národná banka Slovenska and on NBS’s website (www.nbs.sk).
