Statement from the 33rd meeting of the Bank Board of Národná banka Slovenska
The 33rd meeting of the Bank Board of Národná banka Slovenska was held today (16 October 2012) and was chaired by Jozef Makúch, the NBS Governor.
The Bank Board approved a Decree of Národná banka Slovenska amending Decree No 467/2010 Coll. on the submission of reports in accordance with the Foreign Exchange Act. The amendment stipulates the scope, form and structure of the respective reports and the deadlines, method, procedure and place of their submission with effect from 1 January 2013.
The amendment also increases the threshold above which it is obligatory to report information on assets and liabilities vis-à-vis residents abroad and non-residents, from €1,000,000 to €2,000,000.
