Statement from the NBS Bank Board’s 10th meeting of 2020

The Bank Board of Národná banka Slovenska today (12 May) held its 10th meeting of 2020, chaired by NBS Governor Peter Kažimír.

The Bank Board, following the decision to reopen NBS public counters from 13 May, decided that the €10 silver collector coin commemorating the 200th anniversary of the birth of Andrej Sládkovič will go on sale from 18 May 2020 and that the €10 silver collector coin commemorating the 300th anniversary of the birth of Maximilian Hell will go on sale from 27 May 2020.

The sale of all new euro collector coins and numismatic materials issued by Národná banka Slovenska is outsourced exclusively to contractual partners of Národná banka Slovenska, a list of which is published on the NBS website.
