Statement from the NBS Bank Board’s 19th meeting of 2018

The Bank Board of Národná banka Slovenska today (8 October) held its 19th meeting of 2018, chaired by Jozef Makúch, the NBS Governor.

The Bank Board approved Addendum 1 to the Agreement on the provision of information referred to in Article 233(9) of the Social Insurance Act from registers maintained by Národná banka Slovenska to the Social Insurance Agency. The Agreement relates to the provision of data from the Register of financial agents, financial advisers and financial intermediaries from other Member States in the insurance or reinsurance sectors, and financial intermediaries from other Member States engaged in the provision of housing loans, and from the Register of creditors, both of which are maintained by Národná banka Slovenska. The Agreement also concerns the automatic electronic transmission to the Social Insurance Agency of information referred to in Article 233(9) of the Social Insurance Act, as amended.
