Statement from the NBS Bank Board's 1st meeting of 2017

The Bank Board of Národná banka Slovenska today (10 January) held its 1st meeting of 2017, chaired by Jozef Makúch, the NBS Governor.

The Bank Board approved an amendment to Národná banka Slovenska’s issue plan for commemorative and collector coins in 2018. The plan will now include a €2 commemorative coin marking the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Slovak Republic, which is due to be issued in January 2018.
