Design for a €2 commemorative coin to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Ľudovít Štúr

There was no competition for the commemorative coin.

In accordance with the terms of the rerun public competition for a €10 silver collector coin to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Ľudovít Štúr, a modified version of Ivan Řehák’s reverse-side design, which won the third prize in that competition, was approved for the national side of the €2 coin.
