Reverse: The octagonal wooden belfry with the shingled roof dating back to the beginning of the 19th century. The belfry was constructed by unknown craftsmen. It comes from the Zemplín region and is now in the East-Slovakian Museum in Košice.
Obverse: The coat of arms of the Slovak Republic, name of the state, year of issue.
