Coronavirus: NBS suspending postal replies to financial consumers

As part of its measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus, Národná banka Slovenska will from 16 March, until further notice, not be replying to financial consumers’ complaints and enquires since such replies must be delivered by hand in return for an acknowledgement of receipt.
