Version in force as of | This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 10 March 2019, however: Articles 2 and 3 shall apply from the date of entry into force of the delegated act adopted by the Commission pursuant to Article 7(15) of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014. Article 7 shall apply from the date referred to in the second paragraph of Article 55 of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014; Article 8 shall apply from the date of entry into force of this Regulation. |

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
