Version in force as of	This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. This Regulation shall apply from 1 January 2014. Articles 9, 10 and 11 shall apply from 1 July 2014. Article 15 shall apply from 1 March 2014.
