Decree No 2/2022 was repealed by Decree of Národná banka Slovenska of 3 December 2025 No 9/2025 on the submission of statements, reports and other reports by insurance undertakings on which a specific regime shall not apply or by reinsurance or a branch of an insurance company from another Member State or a branch of a reinsurance company from another Member State.
