Decree No 7/2017 was repealed by Decree of Národná banka Slovenska of 7 October 2025 No 7/2025 establishing a method for proving compliance with the conditions for granting an authorisation to conduct insurance business and authorisation to conduct reinsurance business for entities which will not be subject to a special regime.
