These guidelines are repealed with effect from 31 December 2021 – the new ESMA/EBA Joint Guidelines of 2 July 2021 No ESMA35-36-2319 EBA/GL/2021/06 – ESMA/EBA Joint Guidelines on the assessment of the suitability of members of the management body and key function holders will apply from that date.
