| Version in force as of | This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. This Regulation shall apply from 10 March 2021. By way of derogation from paragraph 2 of this Article, Article 4(6) and (7), Article 8(3), Article 9(5), Article 10(2), Article 11(4), and Article 13(2) shall apply from 29 December 2019 and Article 11(1) to (3) shall apply from 1 January 2022. |

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
