What are the requirements for obtaining a license to provide crypto-asset services?
The requirements for obtaining a license for crypto-asset service providers are set out in Articles 59-65 of the MiCA and will be further specified in delegated and implementing regulations and guidelines prepared by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and the European Banking Authority (EBA).
