Národná banka Slovenska (NBS) warns the public about the activity of companies Naya Group Foundation (also known as Naya Group a.s., having its registered office in Panama), SWISS CLUB and Blue Mountain Consultants SL.
The Naya Group Foundation, SWISS CLUB and Blue Mountain Consultants SL offer high returns via direct investments in real estate in Mallorca, Spain.
The companies promote their services on their official website https://nayagroup.org/, which also includes information in the Slovak language. At the same time, the promotion of services of Naya Group Foundation, SWISS CLUB and Blue Mountain Consultants SL can be found on various Slovak web sites that are not official sites of these companies.
Národná banka Slovenska, as the competent authority for issuing authorisations under laws regulating the Slovak financial market, points out that none of the above companies have been issued with an authorisation to conduct business in Slovakia as required by Act No 566/2001 Coll. on securities and investment services (and amending certain laws), as amended, and Act No 203/2011 Coll. on collective investment, as amended. Also, none of the above companies is authorised to conduct business in Slovakia under Act No 186/2009 Coll. on financial intermediation and financial advisory services (and amending certain laws), as amended. At the same time, Národná banka Slovenska does not register these entities as providers of investment services under the European Union’s single passport regime, and therefore the business activity of these entities is not subject to financial market supervision under Act No 747/2004 Coll. on financial market supervision (and amending certain laws), as amended.
NBS further warns potential investors that the intermediation or sale of these companies’ services by third parties has not been permitted in Slovakia.
