NBS warning regarding the activity of Rhodium by Solomon Holdings Ltd

Národná banka Slovenska (NBS) warns the public about the activity in Slovakia of the company Rhodium by Solomon Holdings Ltd, with its registered office at New Horizon Building, Ground Floor, ¾ Philip Goldson Highway, Belize City, Belize, Central America (hereinafter also referred to as ‘the company’).

Rhodium by Solomon Holdings Ltd offers financial advisory services and investment in forex and derivative instruments. The company offers its services via its website: https://www.rhodiummarkets.com.

The business activity of Rhodium by Solomon Holdings Ltd is not subject to supervision by Národná banka Slovenska and funds invested in its activities are not covered by the Investment Guarantee Fund under the Securities Act (No 566/2001 Coll.).

Národná banka Slovenska points out that Rhodium by Solomon Holdings Ltd does not have an authorisation that would allow it to conduct business in Slovakia under the Securities Act. At the same time, NBS has no record of the company as a provider of investment services under the European Union’s freedom to provide services.

NBS further points out to potential investors that the company’s services may not be marketed in Slovakia through a third party.

Národná banka Slovenska continues to warn potential customers to carefully consider with which entity they enter into a contractual relationship and to check the entity’s authorisation on the NBS website, at: subjekty.nbs.sk
