On 25 november 2021, the European Commission adopted a package of measures regarding capital markets union (CMU). The proposals deliver on several key commitments in the 2020 CMU action plan. The package includes four legislative proposals (ESAP, ELTiF, AIFMD,MIFIR), as well as a communication from the Commission CMU – delivering one year after the Action Plan.
