NBS warning about Cypton Digital and the Wexo cryptocurrency platform

Národná banka Slovenska (NBS) warns the public that Crypton Digital, SE, a company with registered office at Staré Grunty 18, 841 04 Bratislava, and the Wexo cryptocurrency platform have not been issued an authorisation to perform any activity which is subject to supervision by Národná banka Slovenska. At the same time, neither the company nor the platform provider are listed in our register as a payment services provider.

We continue to warn consumers interested in investing in the financial market to consider carefully before concluding a contract with a financial services provider and to check the provider against the list of authorised providers listed on the NBS website.
