NBS warning: Europe Money Fundament s.r.o.

Národná banka Slovenska (NBS) warns the public about the activity of the company Europe Money Fundament s.r.o., having its registered office address at Osadná 2, Bratislava – Nové Mesto, and company registration number (IČO) 48 250 040, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by District Court Bratislava I (Section: Sro; File No: 107907/B), which has not been issued with an authorisation by NBS to provide consumer credits. Until 25 September 2015 the company operated under the business name S311 trade s.r.o. with registered office at Hlavná 22, Štúrovo. The company Europe Money Fundament s.r.o. has not been issued with any other authorisation by NBS.

In order to provide consumer credits in Slovakia, the creditor must have been granted an authorisation to provide consumer credits. The creditor may not provide consumer credits without such authorisation (Article 20(1) of Act No 129/2010 Coll., as amended).
