The Slovak Repubic (SR) and the Czech Republic (CR) will be jointly represented in the International Monetary Fund (IMF) by Mr. Marek Jakoby for a period of 4 years starting from 1 July.

The Slovak and Czech Republics´ joint representation at the IMF and the World Bank is a result of an Agreement signed by the central banks governors and finance ministers of both countries in April this year.
