NBS warning about CEE Real Estate Group, s.r.o.

Národná banka Slovenska (NBS) warns the public about the CEE Real Estate Group s.r.o. and the company’s project entitled Šírava Park; the company’s registered office is at Gorkého 5, 811 01 Bratislava – Staré Mesto, its company registration number (IČO) is 51773074, and it is registered in the Commercial Register maintained by District Court Bratislava I (Section: Sro; File No: 132947/B).

Please be aware that the company has not been issued an authorisation to perform any activity which is subject to supervision by Národná banka Slovenska.

We continue to warn consumers interested in investing in the financial market to consider carefully before concluding a contract with a financial services provider and to check the provider against the list of authorised providers listed on the NBS website. At the same time, we recommend consumers to give thorough consideration to all risks and aspects of any potential investment, including their own financial resources, investment preferences, and ability to bear potential losses.
