NBS warning: SHEDLIN Latin American Property 1

Národná banka Slovenska (NBS) warns investors with SHEDLIN Latin American Property 1, GmbH & Co. KG – the issuer of a public offering of its assets which has its registered office at Breslauer Strasse 369, 90471 Nuremberg, Germany, and company registration number HRA15670 – that as of the date of this warning the company had not filed with NBS its Annual Report for 2016 together with confirmation of the Annual Report’s publication, nor did have its own website on which to publish them.

Národná banka Slovenska also warns the public that the entity controlling SHEDLIN Latin American Property 1, named in the prospectus of the public offering as SHEDLIN Capital AG, was declared bankrupt on 26 November 2014 by a court in Nuremberg.
