Národná banka Slovenska warn investors in SHEDLIN Latin American Property 1, GmbH & Co. KG – a company which has its registered office address at Breslauer Strasse 369, 90471 Nuremberg, Germany, and company registration number HRA15670, and which is the issuer of a public offering of assets – that as of the date of this alert (20.12.2016), the company had neither filed with NBS its Annual Report for 2015 nor its Semi-Annual Financial Report for the first half of 2016.

This company does not communicate with Národná banka Slovenska and their official website no longer exists.
