Statement from the NBS Bank Board’s 12th meeting of 2023
On 20 June 2023 the Bank Board of Národná banka Slovenska held its 12th meeting of 2023, chaired by NBS Governor Peter Kažimír.
The Bank Board approved the Bank’s 2022 Annual Report, which will be published on the Bank’s website.
The Bank Board took note of the Bank’s Summer 2023 Economic and Monetary Developments report, which will be presented at a press conference and published on the Bank’s website.
The Bank Board assessed the countercyclical capital buffer rate and approved the Bank’s June 2023 Macroprudential Commentary, which will be published on the Bank’s website.
The Bank Board approved a Decree of Národná banka Slovenska amending Decree No 13/2017 of Národná banka Slovenska of 12 December 2017 on reporting for supervisory purposes by banks and branches of foreign banks, as amended.
The amending Decree abolishes the Report on remuneration and the Report on fraudulent activity and establishes a separate procedure for preparing and submitting the Report on funding plans.
The Decree takes effect on 30 June 2023.
