Visualization of data on residential property prices

Národná banka Slovenska has just launched extended quarterly periodic publication of data on residential property prices which offers their visualized graphical representation.

When opening the link Development of residential property prices in the Slovak Republic, the data appear both in chart format and graphical representation enabling to read quarterly or annual values:

  • Average price in €/m2,
  • Base index (year 2002 = 100)
  • Year-on-year change in %.

In the case of two other references (Residential property prices by type of apartment and house and Residential property prices by regions), graphical representations of average residential property prices on quarterly and annual basis both by types of houses and apartments as well as by regions are available.

All three published charts may also be downloaded in csv format.

The provision of visualized data on residential property prices on the NBS website enables us to increase the comfort of its visitors.
