Members of the Council
The Resolution Council is composed of ten members. Pursuant to the Act on resolution in the financial market, the Council comprises:
- four managerial staff members of Národná banka Slovenska (NBS)
- four managerial staff members of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic (‘the Ministry’)
- the Director of the Debt and Liquidity Management Agency (ARDAL)
- the Director of the State Treasury
The Chair of the Council is State Secretary of the Ministry.
The current composition of the Council:
- Karol Mrva, Vice-Chair of the Council and a member of the NBS Bank Board
- Vladimír Dvořáček, Member of the Council and a member of the NBS Bank Board
- Júlia Čillíková, Executive Member of the Council and NBS Executive Director – Financial Consumer Protection and Regulation Division
- Karol Krippel, Member of the Council and head of legal unit of NBS
- Roman Turok-Heteš, Member of the Council and a General Director of the Financial Market Section of the Ministry
- Martin Peter, Member of the Council and a Director of the Banking Division of the Financial Market Section of the Ministry
- Alexander Cirák, Member of the Council and a General Director of the Fiscal Policy Section of the Ministry
- Daniel Bytčánek, Member of the Council and the Director of ARDAL
- Dušan Jurčák, Member of the Council and the Director of State Treasury
