Documentation Centre/Library

Documentation Centre/Library builds up a base of publications, information and knowledge mainly in the fields of monetary policy, issuing policy, financial supervision and regulation, financial services, banking systems, banking operations, payment and settlement systems, risk management, financial management, macroeconomics, economy, law and related fields.

Documentation Centre/Library provides basic library and information services also for other professional activities of the central bank, mainly related to information and computer technology, security and human resources.

Documentation Centre/Library of NBS is specialized in the fields of finance and banking of the Slovak Republic. It is a part of the Research Department. Its primary focus is to provide library, documentation, information and retrieval services to the staff of the National Bank of Slovakia. However in limited time it provides its services also to the public by appointment only.
