Statement from the 43th Meeting of the Bank Board of the NBS

The 43th Meeting of the Bank Board of Narodna banka Slovenska was held on 15 December 2009, chaired by Ivan Sramko, Governor.

The Bank Board of the NBS discussed the „Report on Economic Development in November 2009″ which will be published on the website of the NBS.

The Bank Board of the NBS discussed and approved the “Medium-Term Forecast (P4Q-2009) which will be published on the website of the NBS and will be published in the press conference.

The Bank Board of the NBS approved the Decree of Narodna banka Slovenska regarding the register of financial agents, financial advisors, financial intermediaries from the other member state in the sector of insurance or reinsurance and committed (tied) investment agents and concerning amendments of the Decree of Narodna banka Slovenska No. 8/2008 regarding fees for acts of Narodna banka Sovenska.
The Decree shall become effective on 1 January 2010.

The Bank Board of the NBS approved the Decision of Narodna banka Slovenska establishing the Schedule of fees of Narodna banka Slovenska for the services in the area of money in circulation for clients without contractual relationship with Narodna banka Slovenska in accordance to which, the exchange of euro coins in Narodna banka Slovenska will be, effective from 1 March 2010, subject to fees. The Decision will be published in the Bulletin of Narodna banka Slovenska intended for the public.

The Bank Board of the NBS approved the document “The Decree of Narodna banka Slovenska amending the Decree of Narodna banka Slovenska No. 6/1999 which stipulates conditions for regulation of balance of payments of the Slovak Republic”.
