A special type of transfers of funds carried out by indirect participants (third parties), which transfers are processed and settled in the SIPS payment system preferentially. The advantage of the high priority transfer order is the prompt information sent to direct participants – the originator, beneficiary, as well as the indirect participant (third party) about the processing and settlement of such a transfer.

The indirect participants are, according to the current legislation, especially auxiliary banking services businesses that facilitate payments and the processing and the settlement of data by transfers.
