Information about the options for arbitration proceedings available to payment service users who are not consumers

A payment service user who is not a consumer may, in accordance with the relevant law,1
use arbitration proceedings or other out-of-court means to resolve a dispute related to payment services.
A list of the permanent courts of arbitration and other entities authorised to provide dispute resolution in the area of payment services is published on the website of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic.
