List of Memoranda of Understanding under the AIFMD Directive

Memoranda of understanding concluded between Národná banka Slovenska and non-EU Member States for the purpose of meeting the conditions of cross-border business pursuant to Sections 57a(1)(d), 63b(b), 66c(2)(e), 70(4)(a), 150e(1)(b), 150g(1)(b) and 150h(1)(b) of the Act on Collective Investment, which enact in Slovak law the relevant provisions of the AIFMD concerning the regime with third countries:
